Here is the Full Text of the Appeal that was filed on January 8th, 2025

The Appellant Brief for the fraudulent lawsuit against Ammon Bundy and Diego Rodriguez has been filed and accepted by the Idaho Supreme Court.
This Appeal contains EXHIBITS which include all of the evidence that was never allowed to be shown to the jury. As you may already know, Judge Lynn Norton wickedly and with evil prohibited Diego from brining any evidence in his favor to the trial and struck all of his answers from the court record—ensuring that the jury would never see any facts, details, or evidence about the case.
It is quite evident that she did this because she is and was a biased judge who is married to a longtime, highly paid, employee of the Bureau of Land Management (who consider themselves the archenemies of the Bundy Family). She should have recused herself from this case, but she did not.
We challenge anyone to read the Appellate Brief for yourself and look at the evidence for yourself and then determine if either Diego Rodriguez or Ammon Bundy actually committed "defamation" against St. Luke's Hospital, Dr. Natasha Erickson, CEO Chris Roth, or Nurse Tracy Jungman.

(Note, Exhibits U and V were deleted from this version because they contained the names of the jury pool, which I don't believe is allowed to be viewed by the public—though I don't know for sure).
This Appellant Brief has been accepted by the Idaho Supreme Court, and St. Luke's Hospital, through their criminal and nefarious partners in crime, Holland and Hart Law Firm, have 28 days to respond. This means they have until February 6th, 2025.
