This is the original Appeal Brief that is filed with the Idaho Supreme Court. This lays out the case as to why original lawsuit should be either dismissed or declared a mistrial (which would force the case to be litigated all over again).

This is St. Luke's / Holland and Hart's RESPONSE to Diego's Appellate Brief above. This is where they try to make their case that the points that Diego made in his Appellate Brief were not valid.

The Appellant (Diego Rodriguez) gets to have the "final word" and that is called the "Reply Brief." In this Final Reply, Diego replies to the arguments made in the Plaintiff's Response (above) and can make any final arguments regarding the merits of his Appeal.
