Judicial Corruption from Judge Nancy "Bull Dyke" Baskins

Judge Nancy Baskins was assigned to take over this case after evil and corrupt Judge Lynn "Misconduct" Norton dismissed herself from the case after she issued illegal and immoral orders against Diego Rodriguez prohibiting him from bringing any evidence in his favor to this case, and striking all of his responses to the case from the judicial record.

Nancy Baskins then took over and first presided over the voir dire, which is the jury selection for the case, and which takes place the day before the actual trial begins.

Both the audio and written record of this voir dire has been obtained and in it you will find the following two outrageous demonstrations of judicial bias, corruption, and outright falsehood on behalf of Judge Baskins:

#1 - Judge Baskins LIED to the Jury Telling them that Defendant Diego Rodriguez "chose not to be" present at the Trial

Diego Rodriguez filed a petition with the court requesting to appear via Video call, through Webex or Zoom (the Ada County Court typically uses Webex and all court rooms are set up for this). Since the dawn of the COVID scam, all courtrooms have been able to bring in participants into a court room via video. Previously, Judge Lynn Norton had told Diego Rodriguez that if he wanted to participate via video call, he would need to submit a request to the court in order to do so.

Since Diego Rodriguez lives in Orlando, Florida over 2,500 miles away, it is simply not reasonable to expect him to physically come to the courtroom, particularly when appearing in court via video has become standard protocol for years now.

Diego did in fact submit a request to the court requesting access to attend the trial and participate (as you can see in the link above) yet never received a response. So Diego followed up with the Court Clerk inquiring about participation via video, but Judge Nancy Baskins rejected Diego's request as can be heard below:

"…the Court declines the email request to the extent it was, through my clerk, to attend and participate via Webex…"

Just minutes later, once the prospective jury members entered the courtroom, Judge Nancy Baskins asked them if they would have any trouble or problem serving as members of the jury. At least one prospective juror noted that they would have difficulty serving as jurors without having the defendants actually present in the room. Judge Nancy Baskins outright lied by responding as follows:

/
00:00
"…the defendants have elected not to participate in the jury trial…" and later she stated, "…they were allowed to participate in this process and they've elected not to appear."

This is a complete LIE and an immoral act of evil by Judge Nancy Baskins as she had previously told the court when the JURY WAS NOT IN THE ROOM, that Diego had requested to participate in the trial but she DECLINED by request. Later, once the jury had entered the room, she did not tell the same truth regarding Diego's request to participate via Webex, rather she stated, that Diego "elected not to participate in the jury trial."

That is a complete lie and it a serious lie because it negatively influences the jury against Diego as a Defendant. Plainly stated, Judge Nancy Baskins is a corrupt liar and the record here demonstrates her to be a complete biased liar!

#2 - Biased Judge Nancy Baskins PERMITS multiple jurors with a bias AGAINST Ammon Bundy to be placed on the jury, but REJECTS a prospective juror who favored Ammon Bundy.

Judge Nancy Baskins quickly dismissed anyone who indicated that they had a favorable view of Ammon Bundy. However, whenever someone had a negative view of Ammon Bundy or a favorable view of St. Luke's, Judge Nancy Baskins allowed them to stay, and ultimately chose multiple jurors who had indicated that they had a previous BIAS AGAINST Ammon and a BIAS IN FAVOR of St. Luke's. You can see the notes from this below and listen to the entire audio by downloading it from the link below:

1:57:00:
Judge asks if anyone knows Ammon Bundy personally.
Juror 47: “I work for the legislature…..I read about his activities as part of my job."
Judge: “If you hear information about mr Bundy in this case, do you think you can be fair and impartial toward mr Bundy?”
Juror 47: “I have certain views about Mr Bundy…”
Judge: “Would those views impact your ability to serve as a fair and impartial juror knowing that mr Bundy’s conduct may be discussed even as part of the damages jury trial?”
Juror 47: “I can be fair in the proceedings here, I don’t know how others will perceive my involvement.”
Judge: “I’ll let counsel do some follow up, but at this time I am not excusing you.”
(Juror 47 chosen to serve on the trial)

2:09:10:
Juror 42 read article that morning and claimed he would be in favor of St Lukes due to his family members who are in the healthcare industry. Judge asks if he can put aside his bias, juror states “I will do my best." Judge does not excuse.
(Juror 42 chosen to serve on the trial)

02:14:45:
Juror 20: “St Lukes saved my life…and I also have some negative bias toward the defendant.”
Judge: “Do you feel you could be impartial?”
Juror: “I will certainly do my best.”
(Juror 20 chosen to serve on the trial)

02:33:16:
