Oral Arguments Video Replay
Some of the BLATANT LIES told by Dirty Erik He/Him/His in his oral arguments as noted above:
1. He said that Ammon and Diego drove donations to the Peoples Rights Network which is the organization that Mr. Bundy founded and Mr. Rodriguez worked for. This is patently false. There is no legal organization called "the People's Rights Network." There is no legal structure, payroll, bank account, or any formal or anything. The People's Rights Netework is a group of individuals who support one another. There is no official structure to it or for it. It is no more legal than "The Little Rascals." Diego therefore did not "work" for it.
2. He claimed that the reach of the content was 2.5 billion visitors (which he claimed was daily). This is a figure so absurd and completely unverified. That is more than 1/3 the population of the planet and more than 7 times the population of America!
3. He claimed Diego and Ammon had 500 followers trying to breach the hospital. This is an outright lie. First of all, there was ZERO evidence that any single person protesting in front of the hospital ever tried to "breach" the hospital. Second, even if there was evidence for it, Diego and Ammon definitely did not encourage that. On the contrary, Ammon is on record in video telling everyone who would listen to allow St. Luke's to solve the issue peacefully. However, St Luke's, through their counsel at Holland and Hart law firm, provided an altered video that spliced together two sections of a video that Ammon created to make it look like he was encouraging violence, when he was in fact, doing the opposite. They are liars. Lying is what they do.
4. Dirty Erik He/Him/His claimed that Diego refused any depositions. That is a lie. On October 5, 2022, Mr. Rodriguez sat for a deposition exceeding four hours via Zoom, conducted personally by Dirty Erik He/Him/His. And yes, Diego has the video copy of it as evidence.
